With 3D LIDAR scanning and advanced CAD software (Solidworks, Autocad), Mecatube designs and digitalizes plants, develops custom machines, steel structures, and sorting lines while ensuring top standards of quality, cost, schedule, and safety.
Mecatube delivers complete turnkey sorting lines tailored to each customer’s needs, from engineering and integration to on-site installation and commissioning. Combining in-house expertise with trusted partners, Mecatube provides a full range of shredding and sorting equipment, ensuring optimal waste processing performance. Mecatube offers fast and flexible in-house manufacturing of custom machines, parts, and steel structures. Equipped with a fully dedicated workshop and extensive steel stock, Mecatube handles cutting, welding, bending, and assembly operations with high precision. Through strong partnerships, the company also provides laser and waterjet cutting, machining, surface treatment, and finishing, ensuring complete, high-quality production from start to finish.
Mecatube provides full European on-site service coverage with over 30 vehicles and 50 skilled technicians. From assembly of turnkey projects and manufactured machines to on-site repairs, revamping, and scheduled maintenance, our dedicated teams and modern equipment ensure reliable, efficient, and high-quality field operations managed from our Slovak headquarters.
